Our Practice
Elevé Cosmetic Surgery is a boutique practice in Coral Gables, Florida, founded on a single idea: that cosmetic surgery should feel personal, unhurried, and grounded in surgical safety. From our office at 550 Biltmore Way, we serve patients across Miami-Dade and the broader South Florida region, as well as travelers from across the country who choose us for procedures not easily available closer to home. Our work is centered on body contouring and post-weight-loss surgery — Level Up Tuck, tummy tuck, BBL, liposuction, mommy makeover, arm lift, thigh lift, and skin removal after major weight loss — alongside a focused selection of breast and facial procedures.
Our surgeons are board-certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and Dr. Tatarian holds a second certification from the American Board of Surgery. Procedures are performed in an accredited surgical facility with board-certified anesthesia, and we hold privileges at local hospitals for any patient whose care benefits from a hospital setting. We follow the safety protocols of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons — including pre-operative labs within 30 days, DVT prevention, and standardized post-operative monitoring — for every patient we treat.
Our Surgeons
Dr. Gevork Tatarian is a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon and the creator of the Level Up Tuck. He has performed more than 4,000 procedures and brings the precision of his trauma-surgery training to every body-contouring case he leads. He is the surgeon his patients see from the first consultation through every follow-up — Same Surgeon, Start to Finish.
Dr. Sheina Bawa is a specialty-trained cosmetic surgeon who completed her chief residency at UPMC Harrisburg and an AACS Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship. She is our exclusive provider for SkinPen microneedling and works alongside Dr. Tatarian on body, breast, and facial cases. Our Approach
Care at Elevé starts with a real conversation. Most patients begin with a virtual consultation so we can understand your goals, review your medical history, and discuss what's realistic for your body before you ever travel to Coral Gables. From there, we build an individualized surgical plan — not a one-size-fits-all package — that accounts for your anatomy, prior surgeries, weight stability, lifestyle, and timeline. You'll know exactly which procedures we recommend, why, and what each one will and won't accomplish.
Safety drives every decision in the operating room. We require pre-operative labs within 30 days, use board-certified anesthesia, and follow protocols designed to minimize the risks of combined procedures. Recovery support continues long after surgery: we coordinate lodging recommendations for traveling patients, provide written aftercare instructions, see every patient for in-person clearance before they fly home, and remain available for virtual follow-ups for as long as your healing requires.
