What Happens at Your Consultation
Your consultation with Dr. Gevork Tatarian or Dr. Sheina Bawa typically lasts 45-60 minutes. We review your goals, medical history, and any prior surgeries, perform a brief physical exam, and discuss procedure options, technique, scarring, recovery timeline, and realistic results. You will leave with a written quote and clear next steps — never a hard sell.
Virtual or In-Person
Out-of-town patients can begin with a secure virtual consultation by video. After submitting clear front, side, and back photos through our HIPAA-compliant upload form, your surgeon reviews your images in advance so the call is focused on candidacy, technique, and your specific questions. In-person consultations take place at our Davie boutique office.
How to Prepare
Wear comfortable, two-piece clothing. Bring a current list of medications and supplements, and write down your questions in advance — most patients forget half of them in the room. If you have past operative reports, bringing them helps your surgeon recommend the safest, most effective approach for revision or combined procedures.
After You Book — Pricing & Financing
Within one business day a patient coordinator confirms your appointment by phone or text. You will receive intake paperwork to complete in advance and an option to apply for pre-approval through CareCredit, Cherry, or PatientFi so financing terms are ready to discuss at your visit. We do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, or Obamacare plans.
