Book a Consultation with Your Preferred Surgeon
Choose between Dr. Tatarian or Dr. Bawa and select a time that works for you. You'll meet directly with your surgeon, not just a coordinator.
Complete our Health Questionnaire
Before your consultation, we'll ask you to complete a quick medical history form to ensure you're a safe candidate for surgery.
Attend Your Consultation
During your virtual consultation, your surgeon will review your goals, examine your photos, and discuss what's possible.
Speak to an Elevé Experience Manager
After your consultation, you'll connect with a member of our team to go over pricing, available surgery dates, and your next steps.
Pay Your Deposit
Once approved, you'll secure your spot on the surgical schedule with a deposit, applied to your procedure total.
Complete Your Contract and Consent Forms
You'll receive all necessary documents digitally. Sign everything in advance so your experience remains smooth and stress-free.
Book Your Surgery Day
Once everything is submitted, your procedure date will be locked in. We'll guide you through the remaining steps and get you fully prepared.
Complete Required Lab Work
Our team will provide a lab order form tailored to your procedure. All labs must be completed and submitted within thirty days of your procedure.
Surgery Day
- Arrive at our surgery center in Coral Gables one hour before your scheduled procedure time.
- Within 15 minutes of check-in, you'll meet the full surgical team who will be caring for you.
- Your dedicated Pre-Op Coordinator will confirm that all paperwork and consent forms are finalized.
- We prioritize timeliness, so your procedure will begin as scheduled.
- After surgery, you'll be personally seen by your surgeon and care team to ensure your comfort and clarity before discharge.

Recovery Process
