Elevé Cosmetic Surgery is located at 12575 Orange Dr, Davie, FL 33330, in central Broward County. Our boutique practice is approximately 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), 25 minutes north of Miami International Airport (MIA), and easy to reach from I-595, the Florida Turnpike, and University Drive.
We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed; please call ahead.

We are a boutique, specialty-trained cosmetic surgery practice — not a high-volume clinic. Every patient is cared for directly by Dr. Tatarian or Dr. Bawa, who follow rigorous surgical safety protocols and are affiliated with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). Our signature procedure, the Level Up Tuck™, combines a 360° tummy tuck, HD Liposuction 360, and BBL in one operation.

Our surgeons
Elevé is co-founded by two specialty-trained cosmetic surgeons:
- Dr. Gevork Tatarian, MD — Double Board-Certified Cosmetic Surgeon (American Board of Cosmetic Surgery + American Board of Surgery).
- Dr. Sheina Bawa, MD — Specialty-Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, AACS Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship trained.
Dr. Gevork Tatarian is a Double Board-Certified Cosmetic Surgeon, certified by both the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He completed his undergraduate work at UC Irvine, earned his MD at AUC School of Medicine, and completed his General Surgery internship at Tufts/Baystate. He has performed more than 4,000 procedures in his career, including 1,200+ cosmetic surgery cases during fellowship training alone.
Dr. Sheina Bawa is a Specialty-Trained Cosmetic Surgeon — fellowship-trained through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship, the most rigorous post-residency cosmetic surgery training in the U.S. She trained at UC Riverside (undergrad), AUC School of Medicine (MD), and completed her General Surgery Residency and Chief Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Harrisburg. She holds active medical licenses in Florida and Pennsylvania and is FLS and FES certified.

The Level Up Tuck™ is our signature combination procedure. It includes a 360° tummy tuck, HD Liposuction 360, and a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) performed during the same operation — addressing the entire midsection circumferentially while transferring purified fat to enhance the buttocks for a complete, sculpted transformation.
A breast reduction at Elevé typically takes 2 to 4 hours under general anesthesia, depending on the volume of tissue removed and whether a breast lift is combined.
Patients must be at least 18 years old for saline implants and 22 years old for silicone implants (per FDA guidelines). If you've recently breastfed, we recommend waiting at least 6 months after weaning before surgery.
Yes. Our sleeve gastrectomy removes approximately 80% of the stomach to restrict food intake and reduce hunger hormones. The procedure takes 60–90 minutes and typically requires a 1–2 day hospital stay.
Yes. Our Medical Weight Loss program offers FDA-approved GLP-1 medications including Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound). Patients typically lose 15–22% of their body weight on average. To qualify, you generally need a BMI of 30+, or a BMI of 27+ with weight-related conditions.
We use the FDA-cleared SkinPen device. Sessions take 30–45 minutes and most patients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours.
We treat spider veins with Asclera (polidocanol), an FDA-approved sclerosant. Each session takes 15–30 minutes, and most patients can return to normal activity the same day.
Cost, financing, and insurance
Pricing depends on the procedure(s), surgical time, anesthesia, and facility. After your consultation, our Experience Manager will give you a complete written quote. We do not publish flat prices because every transformation is individualized.

For purely cosmetic procedures, no — cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. However, we do accept insurance for select medically necessary reconstructive procedures:

We do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, or Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) plans.
There is a non-refundable application fee to book your virtual consultation. Once you commit to surgery, a separate scheduling deposit reserves your surgery date.
Traveling patients
Absolutely — a large portion of our patients travel from out of state and internationally for surgery. The process starts with a virtual consultation, then we coordinate your surgery date, hotel recommendations, and aftercare.
Minimum stays in Miami depend on your procedure:
- 5 days: Breast Augmentation only, Liposuction only
- 7 days: Breast Lift, body contouring (Tummy Tuck, BBL, Level Up Tuck, Mommy Makeover), facial procedures
You'll need an in-person clearance appointment before flying home. Virtual follow-ups are fine after that.

Recovery, safety, and results
Patient safety is our top priority. Our surgeons follow American Board of Cosmetic Surgery safety protocols, perform all surgeries in an accredited Coral Gables surgical facility with board-certified anesthesia providers, and require pre-op labs within 30 days of surgery for every patient.
After scheduling, you'll receive a personalized pre-op packet. Highlights:
- Complete pre-op labs within 30 days of surgery
- Stop smoking/nicotine at least 4 weeks before surgery
- Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements per your surgeon's instructions
- Arrange a caregiver for the first 24–48 hours
- Pre-fill prescriptions and stock recovery supplies
Recovery varies by procedure, but most body-contouring patients feel meaningfully better by week 2 and resume light activity by week 3–4. Final results emerge at 3–6 months as swelling resolves.
All surgical procedures leave scars, but our surgeons design incisions to be hidden in natural creases or under clothing whenever possible. With proper scar care (silicone sheets, sun protection, and time), most scars fade significantly over 12–18 months.
You'll see initial changes immediately, but final results typically emerge between 3 and 6 months post-op as swelling fully resolves and tissues settle.
